Yes the UT will run in Windows 7, however, a work around is needed.

Windows 7 32- bit
• Right click on UT icon and “Run as administrator”

Windows 7 64-bit requires SQL Server to be installed separately (if SQL Server isn’t installed already).
• Manually install 64 bit compatible version of SQL Server 2005 Express SP2
• Install UT 2.5.115
• Right click on UT icon and “Run as administrator”
